Program "Technologies"
The main goal of the current program for early career orientation “Technologies” is to increase the interest of VI and VII grade students in vocational education by conducting educational tours and presentations on the territory of production plants, workshops on the territory of elementary schools and technological events in an urban environment.
The program seeks to assist elementary school students in choosing a profession through early career orientation and motivation and building sustainable partnerships between businesses and educational institutions. In the long term, the current program aims to increase the number of students in vocational education.
Among the tasks set before the program are assistance in the realization of successful partnerships between employers and educational institutions and the promotion of professions by providing complete information to students and their parents about the development of professions and training in vocational high schools.
Types of activities
Manufacturing plants visits
The activity includes organizing group visits to technological productions, conducting familiarization tours of production areas, as well as on-site presentations and lectures.
Vocational schools visits
The activity includes organizing group visits to vocational schools and conducting practical demonstrations, tailored to the educational content of subjects for grades VI and VII.
Workshops in primary schools
We organize classes and demonstrations in primary schools where students can assemble prototypes and get to know the basic principles of the natural sciences.
Events in an urban environment
We organize activities in an urban environment aimed at awakening students' interest in technology and introducing their parents to the possibilities for vocational education.
Development of a partnership network
Within the framework of the program, a broad coalition of partners is being built, including technology companies, primary schools, vocational high schools and NGOs.
Informational campaigns
We conduct informational campaigns to promote the professions and vocational high schools among parents and students, including through the use of digital tools.
